Waiting-list privacy.

What you’re signing up for

We use your email address to let you know when Slackypack opens. Joining this list does not add you to a newsletter or create an account. When email delivery is enabled, new signups also receive a receipt confirming that their spot is saved. We do not send receipts retrospectively to existing signups.

What we store

Your email address, signup time and a record of your permission to receive a launch email. We also use a temporary, keyed identifier to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in our waiting-list database.

When we send an email, we retain its content and delivery record so that failed attempts can be recovered without duplicate messages. We also record delivery, bounce, complaint and unsubscribe status. We do not use email open or click tracking.

The temporary identifiers rotate every ten minutes. Expired entries are cleared when another valid signup is processed. Hosting providers may process connection and security logs to operate the service.

Where the list lives

The site is hosted by Vercel and the waiting-list database by Neon in Frankfurt. These providers process information to operate the service. Once email delivery is enabled, Resend processes email addresses and message content to deliver our emails. Regional hosting or sending does not mean all provider processing and metadata remain in the EU. We do not publish or sell the list.

Change your mind

Use the unsubscribe link in any waiting-list email to stop future emails, or email kontakt@apply.agency from the address you signed up with to withdraw your permission, request a copy, correct your details or ask us to remove your entry. We keep the list for launch notifications and remove entries once that purpose is complete. While the list remains active, an unsubscribe, bounce or complaint flag prevents further delivery. Messages already being sent may still arrive.
